Tri-State Marine is proud to announce that we are a recipient of the annual 2021 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction (CSI) Dealer Award. This award is presented to dealerships that provided excellence in customer service for the areas of sales and service in the year 2021.

The Marine Industry CSI Dealer Award honors dealerships that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer. Tri-State Marine is being awarded because we have effectively met the needs of our customers and provided them with superior Sales and Service. 

The award is derived from the feedback of our customers as a part of the overall Marine Industry CSI Program. In 2021, nationally, over 175,000 boat owners were surveyed, with nearly 55,000 responding, so we display our achievement proudly.
