Tri-State Marine Awarded 2023 Great Dealership To Work For by the MRAA

Tri-State Marine has been awarded the prestigious title of 2023 Great Dealership To Work For by the Marine Retailers Association of America (MRAA) at Dealer Week, the association’s annual conference and expo, held December 4-7 in Tampa, Florida. This recognition is a testament to the exceptional working environment and culture that Tri-State Marine provides to its employees.

The MRAA, a leading trade association representing marine retailers across the country, conducts an annual survey to identify the best dealerships to work for. The survey assesses various factors such as employee satisfaction, workplace policies, benefits, and career development opportunities.

Twenty-two dealerships qualified for recognition by earning an overall score of 90 percent or better on the MRAA Certified Dealership Program’s annual Employee Satisfaction Survey. Administered anonymously through the MRAA, the survey asks Certified Dealership employees to answer 32 ranking questions about overall satisfaction regarding their unique dealership’s customer relations, employee satisfaction, leadership, management and reputation.

Tri-State Marine stood out among its peers and received high ratings in all categories, demonstrating its commitment to creating a positive and fulfilling work experience for its team members. The dealership's management team and staff have worked tirelessly to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued and motivated.

One of the key factors that sets Tri-State Marine apart is its focus on employee growth and development. The dealership offers extensive training programs and opportunities for career advancement, allowing employees to continually improve their skills and knowledge.
