In 2000 I purchased a Parker 2520, in 2004 a Grady-White 273, in 2007 a GW330 & GW180, and in 2011 I bought a GW230.  This makes me a satisfied customer of Tri-State Marine for 14 years and have to say that they're like a member of my family.  My salesman, Ron, has always treated me like a friend and given me great advice knowing how I want to use my boat and my knowledge of the Bay and tidal waters. Over the years I have found all the employees to be friendly and willing to take any amount of time to talk to me about my problems and concerns.  If you're considering buying a boat from them, know that you're guaranteed to get the boat you want and need!

I want to give Robert, Bill, Jimmy, and the rest of the guys a special thanks for doing what it takes for us to get this great boat.  The team they have at Tri-State Marine is BEYOND THE BEST!  Now all my family and friends are looking forward to joining us for a fantastic summer of boating.

About 10 years ago I started working with the Tri-State Marine team and must have asked their service manager, Harvey, a thousand questions. I know he was busy, but each time we spoke it seemed as though helping me was the most important thing he had to do. I didn’t have the newest boat, or the biggest or the most expensive, but none of that ever seemed to matter. Everyone at Tri-State Marine treated me like I was King.

When my boating needs changed and I wanted to upgrade, I went right back the same great people who had helped me all along. Their salesman, Robert, spent an enormous amount of time with me sharing his great knowledge of boats and making sure that I got the right boat for my lifestyle. He never pressured me or gave me any hard sell, he just made sure that I would be thrilled with my purchase – which I was!  I think I’m now up to about two thousand questions with Harvey and up to about a thousand with Steve, who takes care of my boat electronics. 

As Vice-President of a Global Service Management organization, I understand the value of great customer service & truly appreciate the service experience I have consistently received over many years from Tri-State Marine. These guys at Tri-State Marine are my friends for life and I’m grateful they’ll always be part of my crew!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from the staff at Tri-State Marine when I bought my new boat. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and went out of their way to make my buying experience exceptional!  Now I keep my boat on a lift at their Tackle Shop & Marina which allows me to get out on the Bay quickly as well as being able to get my bait easily and pick up all the latest fishing reports from the staff.  Thank you Tri-State  Marine for giving me and my family the best buying experience I've ever had!
